Hillary Clinton could call off this lawsuit with one phone call. Instead, she and her surrogates perpetuate this battle and cause so much strife in this process. Hillary understands very well that Obama's message is powerful. When these campaigns aren't bogged down in political messes--Obama thrives. Hillary can only win if she quells Obama's message, by creating a smokescreen of chaos. Hillary is demonstrating that she and her surrogates are about tearing down and manipulation. I don't know how any politician could be more openly calculating annd cold-hearted. Obama ended the back-and-forth between the campaigns yesterday, regarding the racial issues. He demonstrated inspiring leadership by trying to move both campaigns out of a bad place. Maybe Hillary needs to show some leadership, and end this lawsuit now---and let the voters of Nevada decide who wins this election. No one had a problem until the Culinary Workers endorsed Obama. This really is a blatant outrage and an insult to the people of Nevada, because Hillary is trying to go around the citizens of Nevada and manipulate their election results with lawsuits!
The Teachers Union supports Hillary. The Culinary Union support Obama. Both candidate have an array of Union Leaders on their side, as well as Union Employees. To suggest that Obama is the candidate of Union Bosses is erroneous, because Hillary has Union Bosses acting as her surrogates. I might add that several Nevada teachers have come forward to loudly denounce what Hillary is doing to the culinary workers.
With all of that said, there is only one camp engaging in dirty tricks. That's the Hillary camp. Her reputation as a cold, win-at-all-cost manipulator is certainly bearing out in our state. Hillary could call off this lawsuit with one phone call. Why doesn't she? Because if a few thousand Obama supporters aren't allowed to caucus, she may win. If Hillary is the kind of candidate that we want--after two terms of lies and manipulations from Bush--then I feel there is no hope for this country. Playing dirty and suppressing votes should not win the day. What does that say about Nevada if that strategy prevails?

It's obvious that Hillary has the press in her pocket. Well, who is going to help out the Culinary Workers who want to caucus, but can't? Who will speak for them as they are denied access to the caucuses? You know very well that these arrangements for at-large caucus site were made months ago. Where was your outrage during these months? Clearly, you side with Senator Clinton by participating in her marketing effort to disenfranchise voters and position their right to caucus as some kind of sinister, unfair act. Give me a break. Nevada citizens--not judges and lawsuit outcomes--should decide Nevada elections. Shame on you. Shame on you for pandering to a politician that rarely steps foot in Nevada--instead of furthering the best interests of the voters of Nevada who live and work here.
