Well, well. Take a look at the baggers (i.e. christians) and all the hate they spew. Not very Christian-like, now are they? Jesus helped the poor. Not these spiteful xenophobes aka christian conservative teabaggers. Fake Christians, in name only.
How does that saying go on the Statue of Liberty again..."Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,"
All I have to do is read the comments to articles like this, to know I am on the right side. I would almost feel sorry for these people, if they weren't so frightening.
LOL look at the baggers touting the CBO as the gospel now that they agree with their findings.
Ironic that these same neoconservative teatards were decrying the CBO as liberal partisan hacks in Obama's pocket when the CBO refuted their claims about Romneycare...whoops I mean Dolecare....whoops make that Obamacare.
Bagger logic. Truly a fascinating bunch.
Chuck, I suppose you have some tangible FACTS that directly correlate Obama's remarks with losing conventions and jobs? No you don't, because that fantasy only exists in your deluded head.
The FACTS are that companies were already pulling out of Vegas before he made the comments, due to the economy at the time. I cannot imagine one person cancelling their convention to anywhere because of a comment the president makes, it's just so insanely stupid, it's beyond comprehension. Further, if everyone hates him so much, as the baggers would like everyone to believe, then why in the world would they listen to a word he says? As if these CEO's worth millions need the president to tell them blowing their stash in Vegas in a down economy isn't the brightest idea? One would gather that these brilliant executives probably already figured that out for themselves.
Bagger logic. Fascinating.
Ah yes I see, since it's absolutely impossible for Hauck to actually replicate the 5-win 'success' of the previous coach who somehow managed to beat a few BCS programs along the way, we now must agree that dumbing down our level of competition is the next remedy of action to get wins under our belt. Or in other words, the easy way out for a coach with a failing plan, and no clue how to compete in D1.
Sanford was widely viewed as a total joke and failure...and yet he won 10-games here over his last two years. Including as mentioned, actual BCS level competition like Utah, ISU, ASU.
Then came hurricane bobby, losses to FCS opponents, 245lb OLs, and an obvious mission to schedule as many weak sisters as possible -- all in the hopes of getting the program to the same place it was when he took over. Just give him about 3 more years. I am just amazed at why Sanford was considered a total failure, contrasted to the love affair for Hauck who took a 5-win program and turned it into a middle of the road FCS program that would get blown out by the likes of Sam Houston and North Dakota State.
It's not 'character assassination' when one simply relays the facts that result from a simple internet search...which anyone here can do themselves. When one 'googles' Shillmoeller, they will see the facts regarding his shameful and deceitful professional history for themselves - and make their own judgments.
Let's see - we can see an "F" rating from the BBB, a website filled with consumer complaints against him over a failed investment program, two (2) violations with the NFA - one for fraud, and what appears to be his banishment from Santa Anita Racetrack. Wow.
Everyone is out to get Joe! It's always someone else's fault. That black cloud certainly does seem to follow him around everywhere he goes. But he is completely innocent, of course.
OK now onto the sop teabagger response about being a socialist on welfare with my hand out...oh and don't forget at least one Alinsky reference....carry on!
What HS recruit with options, in their right mind, would want to play for Bobby Hauck right now? Not trying to be negative, but facts are facts. They see our games and what we are doing. If UNLV were winning 7-8-9 games, I have little doubt UNLV would be able to keep these kids home. If I am Henderson, I see an offense with no direction and one where I will hand the ball off 40 times per game, no matter the circumstance. Ummm...no thanks!
Hauck has taken what little progress Sanford made here, and completely went nuclear on everything. We are now an FCS program playing in D1, and that my friends is the simple reality. Many of our 2012 recruits have only one D1 offer - UNLV. How exactly are we going to improve going that route? That Livengood is allowing this losing charade to continue is an utter disgrace.
A ref complaining about getting a ball thrown at her and being taunted? Please. Last I checked the most that got you was a T and a free throw.
I hope Ms. Robinson is forced to pay all court costs once she loses this frivolous lawsuit. What a ridiculous attempt at extortion through the court system, hopefully Mr. Lowry does not settle with this gold digger.
Wow interesting that boftx just described a death panel. Imagine that!
Look, the bottom line difference between teabaggers and the rest of the US population, is that it's not even questionable that medical care is indeed a function of the government. Can someone point out to me where the hipocratic oath states thou must make a profit in order to provide treatment/medical care? Also, if services were cut to everyone on Medicare, Medicaid, etc. do you flat-earther's realize that we are only going to spend just as much or more money on the backend containing the all of the sick and downtrodden? If they can't get care in a hospital, where are they going to go? I am guessing you won't want them dying and convulsing in the streets? So what are you proposing to do with all of the people that cannot afford medical care under the teabagger system? Concentration camps? Euthanization? All of those cost $$$ btw.
Police, fire, water, roads, bridges, infrastructure, education, Runnin Rebel hoops, et al. Baggers would lead you to believe all socialism is BAD...meanwhile the real argument should be, which socialism do we agree with, and which socialism is going too far. Small minds.
jafo, I assume you live in a non-HOA area. As much as I hate HOAs, this is a problem with living in a non-HOA community. The real problem is that the city doesn't enforce it's codes. If they did, the property owner would get violation notices from the city and the problem(s) would eventually take care of themselves, just like it would in an HOA. Further, keep in mind that it behooves the investor to get a stable tenant that pays on time and keeps the property in good condition. It is very simple to locate the owner of the property...simply go to the CC assessor or CC recorder website. All your info is right there.
As for your HUD experience, this makes no sense at all. HUD is actually one of the easiest transactions to work with - minus the long escrow times for properties with an HOA. I have closed probably 10 HUD deals with zero problems, and the only issue on some of these were again, the long escrow times. The lending issue is another exaggeration - any client with a solid job history and decent FICO is going to have no problems qualifying. The only problems I have seen arise have come from the buyers themselves -- who get tired of complying with the lenders' multiple and annoying condition requests and take it personally. People need to just drop the ego and realize that if you want to buy a property, you need to jump their hoops, that simple.

Look at the baggers defend big religion and a system which grants omnipotence and tax exempt status solely based off 'religious freedom' and separation between church and state. I wonder if these hate monger christians-in-name-only would struggle so hardly to defend the same right to...wait for it...Muslims? Because we all saw how hard these 'christians' fought for the right for Muslims to build a Mosque a few blocks from 9/11.
Ah yes, religious hypocrisy. It's ok if it's MY god. Your god sucks and is an evil dictator. Further MY god deserves liberties bestowed up on it above and beyond any other religion, because MY god is right. And your god is evil.
Here is a very simple premise that even the densest ditto-heads can understand - remove the tax exempt status and quit taking money from the gov't, and then your church can do as they please. As long as you suck off the gov't teat, you abide by their rules. But nooooooooooooo......can't have that now can we cons?
Bagger logic. Fascinating.
