If you don't smoke and don't like being around smoke then don't go where smoking is allowed. Quit trying to tell others how to live their lives. Most of you that try to force your living standards upon others are miserable unhappy people. People like you are why this country has gone down the crapper, with your nanny state mentality. Instead of constantly worrying about what others are doing, maybe you people should find something that makes you happy in life, if thats even possible. What get's me is the same folks that complain about this crap have nothing to say about OUR military using depleted uranium(toxic waste) in our ammunitions that is FAR DEADLIER then second hand smoke could ever be. Not only is it deadly for the civilians being blown to pieces by the ammunitions, it's also deadly for OUR soldiers who have to handle the ammunitions and load the ammunitions. Take a look at the birth defect rate from soldiers returning from any war of the past 10 years. It's absolutly sick. It's even sicker that our "LEADERS" know exactly what this stuff does. Instead of disposing of this depleted uranium in a responsible manner they decided to just dump the stuff all over the middle east where it will kill for hundreds of years into the future. And to think most of you support this genocidal government we are under. If only you guys spent a 1/10th of the time you guys spend complaining about smoking on something that really matters, the destruction of this once great nation.

How are they keeping anyone safe as things are??? Everytime i drive into NLV i see a traffic stop with sometimes up to 5 patrol cars for one stop, but at least 2 on every stop. Why such a display of force for a traffic stop??? Or i see 10 or more sitting on the side of the road doing nothing. The amount of wasted productivity is staggering and yet they are complaining??? I'm more scared of the NLV police officers then any other element when i drive into NLV, and i'm no criminal. Most everyone is more scared of the police then anything else in society. They rarely protect and serve, all they do is bully and ticket. They are rude, inconsiderate and just plain trashy. I'm all for unions but the police union has got to be the worst union of all. When they don't get their way they threaten and intimidate. Who's gonna stand up to them when they are the law. I'm sure some city council members that are not on their side have been personaly visited by a member of this union and threatened, that's how they work. They are a state sponsored domestic terrorist organization hellbent on keeping theirs but taking away from others on a daily basis. How can any right minded individual support such a despicable organization??? Who is going to police the police??? The people in NLV need to stand up, go to these signs the unions put up and rip them down, burn them, destroy them and send a message to this union that they will not be intimidated by these thugs with a badge. JUST SAY NO to the police state!!!

We are in an economic mess because we are spending all our tax dollars on 4 or 5 different WARS. Doesn't anybody realize our government has silently began WW3? Instead of spending money on rebuilding our infrastructure it's being spent/wasted building crap in Irag and Afghanistan, and now Libya, Yemen and Pakistan. History always repeats itself and right now our government has been taken over by the same elite families/bankers that took over Germany and created Nazi Germany. And they are following the same playbook, with some tweaks, that they followed in the early 30's. Germany had a "TERRORIST" attack (reighstag fire), blamed it on Polish "terrorists"(which turned out Hitler ordered his men to commit the attack and blame the polish) and days later passed the Enabling Act which suspended their constitution and then they began to invade one country after another while killing their own people, all while being partly funded by a man named Prescott Bush. Now the USA had 9/11 and we blamed muslim "terrorists", days later passed the Patriot Act(almost exactly the same as Hitler's Enabling Act) which suspends our constitution and then we began invading one country after another while we slowly and methodicly killing our own people, and this all started when a man named George Bush(prescott bush's grandson) was in charge. The similarities to present Day America and Nazi Germany are sickening. The fact that most of you so called "patriotic citizens" still feed into the main stream news media propaganda brainwashing shows how very unpatriotic most of you trult are. Most of you will right away get angry with my post and call me names and attack me instead of educating yourselves to what is truly happening to our once great country and who is doing it to our country. Both the repubs and democrats are corporate whores who do not have the best interest of we the people in mind, only their corporate masters. Until you all wake up and see the mainstream news media for what it really is(a big giant propaganda brainwashing tool(operation mockingbird)/basicaly one large infomercial for the corporate whores) then we will never be free again. We are headed down a very dangerous road. We the people of this country are now being labeled as domestic terrorists and being strip searched on our travels. These corporate elite give speeches in China openly talking about genocide in America, how we need to "CUT" the population by 90%(example, David Rockefeller). The writing is on the wall, but most Americans are too stupid to read and understand what is written. STOP THE WARS, ARREST ALL THE TREASONOUS POLITICIANS, CEO'S, BANKERS. Make all of them pay for their part in the destruction of the United States of America.

I dont understand how so many people are all about throwing the book at every little crime commited and how all these criminals need to dealt with swiftly and justly when in fact there are so many crimes being commited at the highest levels of government and all of you say nothing. Our justice system is broke, totaly broken. If we want America to get back on track then we cant just allow our govenrment officials, police officers, ceo's, bankers and others to live without laws themselves. We the people need to hold all people accountable for crimes commited no matter who they are or what they do. We've had multiple presidents commit major crimes yet most people dont care or even understand a crime has been commited. For example, President Obama is currently the sitting President of the United States of America and has commited HIGH TREASON when he also became President of the UN security council. In America it is 100% illegal and treasonous to hold office of a foriegn entity while also holding any type of office in our government, yet NOBODY is even mentioning a word of this in the main stream news media. If we cant uphold the laws of this land and make EVERYONE live up to those laws then we are and will always be a broken state. Instead of going after the small fish and making it look like we actually uphold the law, we need to go after every single politician that was responsible for war crimes, treason and other high crimes and then, and only then will the United States of America get back on track to being the best country on this planet and a highly respected nation among others in the world. We must start at the very top and throw the book at all of those criminals and work our way down.

dipstick, my mossberg holds 7 rounds, not 2 rounds. Plus the sound behind the shotgun will make any intruders turn and run. but once the intruder has turned to run you are no longer allowed by law to shoot them. what we need to do in this state is to make our politicians put a castle defense law into place to protect the homeowners from facing prosecution for protecting their home. at this point you can only use deadly force when confronted with deadly force, unless your a police officer then all you need to be is simply confronted.
