Dogs should be put on this as well. I don't know how many times I go to the dog parks and many dogs are not fixed or even have their shots and are humping everything in site. Owners just say, oh well. dumb.
Not only the billboards, we need to ban those clowns who stand on the corner with HUGE signs, blocking your view when turning. I've almost run over some of them be accident. Not only on the strip, but they got some HUGE signs in Henderson on Eastern. Crazy.
Republicans are a bunch of inbred redneck hillbillies. What is this crap, keep it the way it is? Is it working? No! We need change. Not more wars.
Speaking of stupid Republicans, I can't believe how many stupid rep. parents raise a stink about Obama's message to the kids. Has this ever happened with past presidents? Nope. Why? Because majority of Republicans are racists baby-boomer or older generations that are just stupid as the dirt they farm on.
Grow up or go move to the south with your hero Bush.
Im watching UFC instead. As are most people. Sorry boxing is dead.
This will hit 30% as soon as City Center is complete. How many construction related people does that employ? 10k+++???
Good for them. Now if they can start enforcing their own no-fly rules that would be great.
I live in the middle of Seven Hills. At least a dozen planes a day that take off north runway bank a hard right and fly directly over us, so close I can see the pilots. Seven Hills is a strict no-fly zone, and I've seen every type of plane from corporate to experimental to 'kits' (which aren't allowed over residential areas period).
As soon as one of these crashes into Seven Hills, you'll have 2,500+ residents (of which half are multi-millionaire's+++) start a lawsuit that will shut that airport down so fast you won't have time to even bet on it.
So hopefully the management at this airport has a brain and starts enforcing their own rules as they grow.
Are you serious? This is a simple problem to fix. If your lossing that much money, invest in a "collections" dept. If a client comes in with no SS number, demand a drivers license. If they don't have a SSN OR a Driver license, then you deny them service. Simple as that.
If they have a SSN you can go after them easy. If they have a DRIVERS LICENSE then you send your collections goons to there house and collect.
Not that fricken difficult people, especially when you are loosing that much money, you can invest heavily in a collection force to take it.
This 19 year old, her mother, and father should be strung up and hung by the LAs Vegas sign. Show an example that parents are responsible for their kids. STUPID PEOPLE.
The Henderson market is HOT. Too hot. Corruption and scams are starting. We are looking to buy, and have across so much crap.
1) Sales people that won't show you places unless you have cash only. Even after we tell them we got pre-approved on THAT SPECIFIC property by Bank Of America.
2) Realtors that force you to get pre-approved from there scammy little mortgage companies to make an offer. Obviously getting a kick back.
3) MLS information that is totally wrong. So many times we found sqft wrong, bedroom count wrong, etc...
4) Condo information is totally off. They say they have a gate, but the gate never closed. They say they have a gym, but its been closed for 1+ years. They say the have a pool, and 50% of them have been closed and chained for 1+ years.
The market is hot, but its the realtors that are screwing everything up being lazy, advertising wrong information, and not being proactive.
Don't even try going to realtor.com. I emailed 10 properties I was interested in learning more. Only one returned my email.
What happened to customer service? It's a joke.
