Hang on, the MGM execs already designed this as an attraction. It features standing on top of a building while the floors are crumbling beneath your feet, based on their site in Florida:
Disney-MGM Studios Rides and Attractions
"Twilight Zone Tower of Terror"
The previous Sun article about Trump maybe leasing by the week or month had some pretty tempting price examples. Now a Trump says they might not? Lease it and we will come !
Go ahead and add a lotto, and PowerBall or Mega Millions, and scratch off tickets. For just one comparison, the Ohio Lottery historically profits $650-750 million per year. About half Nevada's current need. I know it's hard to compare Nevada to anywhere else, but a lottery would bring the state some more money.
Plus, on some of the scratch offs work deals with the casinos for co-branding and some minor profit sharing. Drawing lotto numbers could be made into a small show at a casino.
Create a Nevada Lottery with full Vegas style!
Like they say, no one intends to eat at Denny's, you just end up there.
"We wanted to try that new Mexican restaurant across town"
"I've heard that place is good, but it's really busy. Did you get in?"
"Naw, the lot was full. Ah, we just ended up at Denny's"

Maybe when the dust settles, and Dubai World-Infinity World ends up owning 100% of CityCenter, MGM can bid on the casino management contract. I don't know if Dubai World was technically the silent partner before but they sure are making noise now.
