Obama will lose to a GOP candidate, virtually any GOP candidate. The GOP will kill him on his youthful drug use, his Afro-centric church, and his general lack of political experience.
Heck, here in flyover land I spend a lot of time explaining to people that he is not Muslim. That's the reality. Barack Hussein Obama is a tough, tough sell to most non-black, Christian Americans. Think about it: What red state is Obama going to bring into the blue column?
If you love John Edwards vote for John Edwards. John Edwards can still easily win the nomination, and, more importantly, John Edwards can win in November.
By the way, here's a link to the mission statement for Obama's church:
Here's a link written by a white Obama admirer about her visit to his church:

Make up your own mind, but Rush, Rove, and the rest of the GOP attack dogs are licking their chops. He has never been in a political dog fight with those kind of hitters and I am just not sure he's up to it.
There is a ton to admire about Obama, but it is simply risky to make him the Democratic nominee this time.
John Edwards 2008!
Hillary can't win against most of the possible GOP candidates and Obama will have an uphill battle. Edwards, on the other hand, would beat any GOP candidate easily.
If you want to see the Democratic Party take the White Hose in January 2009 John Edwards is the most logical choice.
Republican are loaded for bear for both Hillary and Obama. You should look long and hard at Obama's church, because if he wins the GOP will make it a huge issue. Here's the link to the church's mission statement: http://www.tucc.org/about.htm
The GOP will kill him with this stuff. Here is a very sympathetic view of the church from a white woman that visited: http://camelsnose.wordpress.com/2007/10/...
The GOP will not be so nice and Obama will be the biggest Democratic disaster since Mondale.
John Edwards is the only Democratic candidate that can actaully win in Novemeber.
Edwards 2008!
John Edwards is the only candidate that can beat the GOP in November, and, for once, he is also the candidate with the best ideas. This country needs someone to stand up against the tide of corporate greed that has washed across the political landscape for the last twenty years and John Edwards is the only one that can do that.

Nevada can save the country from eight more years of GOP hell by giving John Edwards the momentum he needs.
Neither Obama or Hillary can win in Novemeber. John Edwards can win and would take the country in new direction.
If you are concerned about the growing wealth gap, the decline of the middle class, the enviroment, your own ability to afford health care, and America's place in the world John Edwards is the only candidate to even consider.
