Who were the idiots who worked at these clinics who didn't report them? How many techs, nurses, and doctors put peoples' lives at risk because they weren't willing to make one anonymous phone call? It's disgusting.
Yes, OUR tax dollars are meant to help out those less fortunate, for whatever reason. It just so happens that I'm one of those people that you don't want to bail out, yet it had absolutely nothing to do with not taking responsibility for my actions. It had to do with ten of thousands of medical bills on top of the inability to work. So, who is worthy and who isn't in your little world?
Would you rather have a neighborhood full of empty boarded up houses and a destroyed economy? My (fairly new) neighborhood already has three empty houses...and I don't want more. It's creepy, and it's sad. And, even though I don't need your tax dollars to help me, I'm willing to let MY tax dollars help others keep their homes, regardless of why they're in trouble.

What better way for a porn addicted minister to get his fix than attending all the porn conventions and hanging out on porn sites in a supposed attempt to help other porn addicts? I don't think that you need to surround yourself with porn 24/7 to help other people who have a problem with it. However, if you're interested in it, that's exactly what you would do. "Oh, no, *I'm* not interested in seeing all of this filthy sex, I just want to help *you* stay away from it. If you need to get in touch with me, I'll be where the porn and the porn stars are."
"...and are trapped in or by an industry that takes advantage of them."
And exactly how does the seller of a product trap someone into buying the product? The industry doesn't hold a gun to anyone's head making them buy a magazine or a subscription to a website.
