Nice job Judge Jones. Obviously Las Vegas Paving isn't hurting for money to have bid 4.6 million more than Fisher's company. Who cares at this point if he is out of state. He low bid and should get it. They obviously care about their employees and bid low so at least they would have a job. 4.6 million-really.
