I can certainly see a lot of appeals depending on this is handled by the judge. How many requests for information have invaded state employees "personal" emails over the years? What a can of worms this could be!
This would be acceptable if you could expect a $100 check in the mail every time your tag was run and nothing was found. But with technology advancing on both sides of the citizen/government line, we are gaining on the police state in terms of keeping an eye on them as well. It won't be long until we reach the point of uneasy stalemate for pro-intrusion versus privacy advocates. I suspect the only ones who will be happy will be the attorneys.
As dominating an athlete as Lesnar is, the only person who comes to mind who can give him a test is Fedor. While I cringed at the post fight exclamations, Brock is just carrying on a tradition that hearkens back to P.T. Barnum through Gorgeous George through Ali and down to today.
The UFC will only get bigger, draw more interest and make everyone involved a lot more money with Lesnar as the champion "heel".
So I'm guessing some really bad news regarding the monorail is coming later this month and any smokescreen in a pinch?
Probably due to the college abandoning a proven online course management system in favor of a Windows based system that can't serve the faculty or students effectively. The Angel system doesn't prepare students for the course management systems used at NSC, UNR or UNLV and students moving from CSN to one of the higher ed institutions are struggling to catch up with students prepared for Blackboard coming out of high school.
It's time for our representatives to vote Clark County's interest in Carson City. Start by making sure that the stimulus is allocated proportionally, and if that message is met with any resistance, then let's move the state capitol to Las Vegas.
The worst part about leaving the budget at CSN relatively untouched is the millions of Nevada taxpayer dollars moving to Florida.
The biggest problem I've seen with the polls are the use of previously existing registered voters by the majority of the pollsters. With the emerging majorities of young voters registered on the Democrat side, all the Obama campaign needs to do is keep them motivated through election day.
McCain should enjoy his false competitiveness in the polls while he can. Come election day, Obama might well see a 10 point victory in the polls.
Not sure what I did wrong, but I took a 20% pay cut to move from a casino to my chosen field of higher education. As a state employee, I was able to chose the same 401k plan I had as a private sector employee and my insurance benefits are essentially the same.
I think that what we have here is a classic case of Mark Twains "lies, damn lies and statistics" at work.

If this was a major issue, you'd have seen Metro writing tickets for seat-belt and other safety violations every time the wheels rolled on the "Flesh Tank".
So apparently there must have been some tacit clearance since I don't believe humans are allowed to travel on any road receiving federal funds without being subjected to draconian laws.
