Until recently, employers have had limited tools for determining the imigration status of prospective employees. Illegal aliens simply need to buy fake ID, steal someone else's SSN, and they could get by most employers. Employers should make every effort to verify their employees, but until there are harsher penalties for the illegals, and more stringent documentetion for legal residents, they are not totally to blame when the thieving scum impersonate honest citizens.

Send the thieving illegals back where they belong, and solve the unemployment problem in this state in one move. As far as the bogus claim that they are doing jobs Americans won't do, The border jumping cheats keep the wages low by undercutting honest, hard-working citizens. Get rid of the scum, make English the language spoken in the workplace, and Americans would gladly take the jobs.
