Why should the lower students grades be raised, if they're grade was raised to a higher percentage, why shouldn't the child with the D or even a C get his grade raised as well, after all they put in the same amount of work as the other child, and what about the child that excells in the class and works very hard and maintains their A, what message does that send out to them? Teaching mediocrity isn't the answer, pushing them to want to achieve is the goal, the administrators are just boosting grades so that their school doesn't look as bad
