I am one of the 40,000 patients that may be infected.
Each of these Joseph Mengala, Adolf Hitler, Saddam Hussein, Osama Ben Laden doctors and typhoid Mary nurses should each be injected with both the hepatitus and HIV virus. They should also have to be strapped down to a medical table and at the same time, have to have an EGD (the test where they put a tube down your throat) and a colonoscopy, without anestisia.
Many years agao there was the "Keep doctors in Nevada" campaign. Dr. Desai donoted $25,000. to it. He blamed rising medical malprcatice insurance rates on why doctors were leaving. I guess Dr. Desai just stuck it to the insurance companies, what with the insurance companies now having to pay for these approximately 40,000 blood tests and medications and hospitalizations (for those infected).
When is the Nevada State Medical Board going to revoke these doctors and nurses medical licenses?
Was it really worth it?
Rather than inject patients with these lethal injections, because they were told to, why didn't any of the nurses whistleblow. Did these nurses ever think before they acted negligently? If 1 or more of those who they injected, were members of their own family, would these nurses still obey the orders of Dr. Desai and inject, and possibly infect their own family?
Those doctors, nurses, medical technicians, and staff, should each be tied down to an exam table and be given an EGD (the test where they put a tube down your throat) and a colonoscopy, at the same time, without anestecia.
These doctors, nurses, and other staff should be injected with both the hepatitus and HIV virus.
These doctors and nurses should have their medical licenses revoked, effective immediately.
I am 1 of the 40,000 people who may be infected by these Joseph Mengala, Adolf Hitler, Saddam Hussein, Osama Ben Laden wannabes.
Wasn't it the U.S. Supreme Court who deemed (with regard to the death penalty) that death by lethal injection is unconstitutional? So, is it fair that innocent people have to endure the possibility that they may have been given a lethal injection?
While attorneys are advertising and representing, why don't they also put a heck of a lot of pressure on the Clark County District Attorney's office to expedite criminal charges against those doctors, nurses, and medical technicians, and staff of the endoscopy center.
I, being 1 of the 40,000 possibly infected patients, also want to know why the Nevada State Medical Board, etc. have not revoked these doctors and nurses medical licenses?

Each of them should be injected with the HIV and Hepatitus C. After all, shouldn't the adage "do unto others as you would have done unto you" applicable.
These doctors stuck it to insurance companies. Many years ago, Dr. Desai (the majority partner of this endoscopy center) contributed $25,000 of his own money to the keep doctors in Nevada movement. During that time he said because of medical malpractice insurance rates were so high, that doctors were leaving Nevada. Now many insurance companies are having to pay for the blood tests and possible medications, test, hospitalizations, etc.

In case some of you don't know, Dr. Desai and Dr. Sharma were on the Nevada State Medical Board. One could just assume that they used their influence on the other board members when any complaints were filed against Dr. Desai and/or his partners.
