Unfortunately, odds projected into the future such as you are using will not be viable as the season goes on. Over the past 2 seasons, Buffalo has managed to beat most non-playoff teams they have played, and have barely lost to many playoff teams over the same period. Unless you are expecting the Rams and Cards to vie for the playoffs, you'd have to give them victories against those teams this coming season, making the over the right play. Of course, there are many other variables that must be taken into account, but why not try this method you have written about. With betting, it is anyone's game.
