I actually have more respect for Righthaven since it appears they are no longer just picking on the cat ladies. "Fair use" is an ambiguous term, and it needs to be clarified for "bloggers" and board posters and cat ladies. Meanwhile the RJ's hired gun will shoot fish in a barrel. Whales, minnows, whatever.
Settlement coming up... to ensure prompt payment Righthaven should demand it in GOLD. Or the equivalent in ammunition, or scrip, or psych meds. Whatever the Angle campaign has ready to hand.
A drive-thru? That's either horrifying or brilliant. In either case, it's nice to see positive growth in the community.
"Perchance for violence"? Penchant, perhaps?
One would think that if Sherman is teaching inmates how to read that he could read the statute of limitations on habeas relief. On the other hand, maybe he is now qualified to proofread Supreme Court opinions.
The only truth to Rooney's statement is "money that isn't." Its not in the blackjack dealer's pocket, and it's not in the machinist's pocket. Where did it all go? Maybe somebody should check under all the crap on Andy's desk.
A mere technicality. Let the voters decide the way they normally do -- eenie meenie miney moe. If attorneys with proven track records can't prevail over a candidate with negligible experience, then the voters deserve what they get. And it makes the morning paper so much more interesting.
He probably saw the news yesterday where a man pled guilty to eleven bank robberies (11!) in LV and So. Cal. and was sentenced to only TEN years in federal prison. Ridiculous.

The videos are unconventional, strange, and not particularly funny, but there's nothing irresponsible about them. Delivered in a straight voice by a guy in a tie and lab coat, no one would ever notice. (Watch the video on Aripiprazole. Snooze City, unless you're really familiar with psych meds.) This is all about professional appearance. My doctor wears jeans! Alert the press!

Sounds like he needs a different line of work. I doubt he was using the scale for his weight watchers plan.
