I'm just curious as to where these storm drains are, or how I could get to them. I'm a local photographer, and have been DYING to find some colorful "wall art" to use as backdrops for portraits. Unfortunately, a lot of the stuff in the art district is considered private property and I have trouble getting away with using it or I have to worry about whether or not I'm tresspassing. Any information would be much appreciated.
