If we all live in the same state then we share in the riches of all regions. I wonder if the great people of the east central portion of the state would be willing to give up the tax revenue earned in the south and spent on programs that directly effect them?
In a right-to-work state, where most public service employees can't call strikes, collective bargaining seems to be a level playing field for both sides. Bargining is at the core. Is this an admission by all the conservitive pro business types they can't bargin. Seems odd...
Yep, not only will entry level and construction workers flee in droves, with what will surely become the worst school district in the nation, so will the professional class. This community is headed no where.
As for vouchers, it costs in excess of 10k to place a kid in a private school, so unless they are worth like 8k, only the wealthy and upper middle class will be capable of using them. Sandy's spot on when he stated he want to end social promotion.
I don't look for work because the max of 400.00/week provides me with a wonderfully secure lifestyle.
It's Nevada right? Gibbons would suggest woman exchange sex for breast implants...

Really US economy of the 50's and 60's? When post War and Cold War spending made for tons of good paying government and government contractoring jobs? Federal taxes spent on the constructing the interstate highway system...When our chief rival worldwide was ourselves and not the sweatshop nations or China, Japan or Germany? When there was no globalization and few dual income families. The unregualted disposal of carcinogens leading to Superfund sites? Oh yeah, and lots and lots of federal budget deficits. Really Mitt? You should just stick with critizing Obama.
