This is such wonderful news; I have been praying about this for the last few days. This lawsuit and the Clinton’s support of it have caused me to lose a lot of respect and trust in them (not to mention my vote).

I find it a bit difficult to believe that the supporters/sponsors of this lawsuit “didn’t become aware of the caucus rules” when some of these same people were actively involved in this approving these caucus locations 10 months ago.
I also find it very hard to stomach Bill and Hillary encouraging individuals to break off loyalty to their unions. It all seems very disingenuous, since the Clintons have in the past professed to believe in union solidarity. The Clinton’s actions in Nevada have saddened me deeply.
This lawsuit is certainly a miscalculation; it is (almost) shocking that the Clinton camp would go so far to suppress the vote. I completely support the union’s endorsement of Obama.

Let’s be fair about the intimidation issue. Another group, The American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, has deployed 225 paid employees (100 of which from California) to “strongly encourage” roughly 3,000 Nevada members to caucus for Clinton. I can imagine that it would be very intimidating to support a candidate other than Clinton, if you were a member of that organization. I am not criticizing these tactics; I am only pointing out inconsistencies in other’s intimidation accusations which appear to be based off of what candidate you support.
