Unfortunately by catering to the high end, and asians, Vegas will never recover. After yrs of coming there 1-2 times a year, and then living there for 5 yrs. I watched as this wonderful town go right down the toilet. Its not an attraction any longer, its not even a great place to live, any longer. When you took away the attraction (affordable) to the everyday, consistant visitor you insulted the very people that made Vegas the sucess it was. Its a shame how the strip is turned into this isore of tall, odd sized monster building, that do nothing more than obstruct the beautiful mountains, and just take too much time to walk into..off the strip..thus dissapointing to the visitor. The expense of visiting the strip is just not worth it any longer..and of course we have to mention the gaming...there is no fun there anylonger, with the tight slots, no comps, and bad service, face it we can all travel close to home to get that treatment..again, its a shame..and one more thing..its not that safe any longer..there was a time when you could be confident to walk down the strip at all hrs..and feel very safe..not now..this city is now overrun with gangs, illegals, etc..and this is truly a turn off..sad!!!
NEVADA!!!!!! THE TIME IS NOW!!!! Do America Proud!!!GET RID OF REID!!!
LOL...LOL...this RACE crap is really getting old..Birmingham??? LOL.... what a bunch of idiots.
James1954, you have summed it up perfect!!! These brainwashed liberal morons will soon be eating their words, come Nov....As for Bush..OMG..he WAS bad, and his adm.also..stunk.. but two wrongs do NOT make a right, I thought OB was going to change all that?? He changed things, but not for the citizens of THIS country. We have to take back our country from this government..Right or Left does NOT matter, Washington needs an enema..and thankfully "WE THE PEOPLE" are about to administer that for them.
Its such a shame!!! Love that city, and now it will be just like LA..moved from Las Vegas because of this very problem. I was hoping to come back, but I can see that Vegas is no more. We are coming back in Nov. for the opening of the Hoover Dam Bypass Bridge..(hopefully that will be in Nov).but we will not be staying in Vegas..we will be staying in AZ..sad..good luck to all of you legal citizens that still live there..I really hope things DO change. Please vote Reed out, that might help you a little but it WILL help the rest of the county a lot!!! We are at a crossroads here in this country, and we have to take back our country..Las Vegas take back your city!!!
LOL...emthree....1000 job for the Illegals!!!LOL
gmag...you say..Go Harry?????
Yes, please go...go away after Nov elections..you people in LV better wise up and get rid of this man..or you will never see that city thrive again!!! Wake up!!! Its now or never!!!
ABSOLUTELY CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK TO VEGAS!!! But...you gotta get rid of all those Illegals..as a former Las Vegas citizen..I beg you (legal citizens) to take back your wonderful city..Get rid of Reed..and get rid of the Illegals!!! GO VEGAS..you can do this..I feel so bad for all the real citizens that are suffering because of this invasion..step up to the plate..NOW...
NEVADA, LAS VEGAS, we are all counting on you to rid our country of Reed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We lived in LV & are wanting to move back..but..you HAVE to do 2 things,,dump Reed..and get rid of the Illegals.(the illegal situation was one of the reasons we left)..bring that wonderful city back to the wonderful, exciting place it used to be!!! Do you really want to end up like LA??? Do your stuff, we are counting on you..and we want to come back...!!!GO NEVADA, LOVE AND MISS YOU....

This is such a shame...we lived in Vegas from 98-04 and everytime I think about buying again...I stop because of this Illegal situation...
I do have a quesiton for you fine people still out there in Vegas...if we were to buy again...is there ANY place that is still desireable to live..I mean I read about all the gangs, how the neighborhoods have gone down because of Illegals, and too many rentals..I don't mean to sound disrespectful here..I truly love Vegas, and maybe I just read too much..but is it that bad REALLY??? We will be back in Oct..the 1st visit in 5 yrs...looking so forward to it...and also, might buy again..what do you guys think..Honestly...
