Man, 18, arrested for DUI in crash that kills woman, 24: Sunday, Nov. 29, 2009; An 18-year-old Las Vegas man was arrested in connection with driving under the influence this morning after a crash that left a 24-year-old woman dead. Metro Police responded at 1:13 a.m. to the crash at the intersection of Rainbow Boulevard and Flamingo Road.
