Ichan Enterprises LP, controlled by billionaire investor Carl Icahn, said Thursday that it completed the sale of Las Vegas' version of the Space Needle, the Stratosphere, as well as two Arizona Charlie's casinos and the Aquarius Casino Resort in Laughlin, Nev., to an affiliate of the Goldman Sachs Group Inc. for a total of $1.2 billion.
