World-class, first-priority, CRUSHING problems and stopping smoking on college campuses is an important issue?
Well a worldwide collapse of the financial systems and a huge methane release should resolve the "smoking issue."
There is corruption of the political systems, banking and social systems...and now we can add corruption of intellectual prioritizing.
