Great, more warrants for arrest, charging taxpayers millions to incarcerate, provide lawyers, INSANE!
Maybe we should fine people that are rude in their bodily functions in public places, too. I agree this is insane with the economy in the mess it's in this is going to cost millions more than $100.
This ridiculous proposal is another example of the greatly misplaced prorities in this country. But then again anything to get the public's mind away from the really serious issues affecting our factory produced and polluted food and pharmaceutical drugs killing many people every day.
Farting, or passing wind in a public forum should merit a citation from law enforcement. Perhaps $200 per fart. Excessive farting should warrant a fart-o-meter along with additional taxation. Why is it that Nevada does not tax food? Imagine the unlimited monies into the general fund. Taxing the air should also be considered. Gas prices are much too low. I approve a $10.00 per gallon tax increase. Scofflaws who start riding their bikes - or walk to work - should also be levied some sort of fine - payable directly to Gov Gibon's divorce lawyers. I mean - they are cheating by biking or walking to work. Get rid of all the teachers!! They are nothing but leeches - the kiddies can watch TV - plenty of info for them - and it's free. Hmmm ... perhaps TV viewing should also be taxed. Formula's anyone??
