Payard Patisserie & Bistro
This ambitious project is the creation of New York pastry chef Francois Payard, one of the world's best chocolatiers, and features a multi-layered casual dining experience that includes a chocolate shop, a pastry shop and a restaurant with a traditional dining room that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is available from 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. , lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily and dinner from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday. A brunch is available from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
The Daily Pastry Counter is available from 6:40 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Payard Patisserie is listed in the book “Eating Las Vegas 2013: The 50 Essential Restaurants.”
The restaurant's Croque Madame, a ham and cheese sandwich, was named by the Las Vegas Weekly's Brock Radke as one of the 10 best sandwiches in Las Vegas.
