One of Las Vegas' most popular rendezvous, N9NE is known as a premier steakhouse and celebrity hot spot. The diverse menu by Chef Barry Dakake includies prime aged steak, fresh seafood, and imported spirits complete with an exclusive champagne & caviar bar. Created by Executive Chef Barry S. Dakake, signature dishes include rock shrimp, sashimi N9NE, garbage salad, Kobe short rib, lobster mashed potatoes and a variety of prime aged steaks such as filet mignon and bone-in rib eye. A circular, champagne and caviar bar lies in the center of the room, beneath a domed silver-leaf ceiling with a 300-color computerized lighting system.
N9NE is among the top 20 steakhouses of 2012 listed by Brock Radke, Las Vegas Weekly restaurant reviewer.
It was also named to OpenTable.com's 2013 Top 100 U.S. Dining Hot Spots and to USA Today's Top 11 Hottest Hotel restaurants.
The Las Vegas Weekly staff included the Kobe Burger in its list of the 10 most delicious burgers from local burgeries.
