The Pub at Monte Carlo features pub fare, live music and an extensive menu of beers on tap. A new menu includes burgers, fresh chicken quesadillas and grilled fish. And for the competitive eater, there's the Pub Challenge, featuring an eight-pound feast for one that must be consumed in 45 minutes to get it for free and to be honored with a T-shirt.
The pub also features more than 35 TV screens to catch your favorite sporting event.
Happy hour is from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, featuring $1 wings and $1 sliders and buy-one-get-one well drinks and selected domestic drafts.
If you're a competitive eater, the Pub has a food challenge for you: an eight-pound burger that must be eaten in 30 minutes. Tame the beast and win a free T-shirt. Fail and pay $50.
