Las Vegas Weekly's Brock Radke contends that Jasmine is the best Chinese restaurant on the Strip.
The winner of multiple AAA Four Diamond awards, Jasmine features classic Cantonese cuisine inside a regal setting of opulent red and gold décor and floor-to-ceiling windows that provide a quiet view of the Bellagio fountains.
Chef Philip Lo and executive chef Hiew Gun Khong have been bringing a creative flair to the traditional dishes. Radke likes the lobster two ways, the wonton soup with pork and shrimp dumplings. He also praised the steamed Chilean sea bass and Chef Khong's favorite, a take on on Szechuan roasted chicken.
Jasmine also features a Fountains Brunch from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Sundays. Adults are $58, children ages 6-12 are $25 and those under 6 are free.
