Chef Emeril Lagasse brings his talent and the flavors of New Orleans to Delmonico Steakhouse. If you're a carnivore, your mouth can't help but water at the thought of bone-in ribeye steak, double-cut pork chop and Delmonico chicken-for-two carved tableside. The decor is luxurious with 12-foot oak doors, vaulted ceilings, a petite grand piano and beautiful glass French doors.
Brock Radke, Las Vegas Weekly restaurant reviewer, calls it "The Charmer" in his 2012 list of the 10 best steakhouses in Las Vegas.
