From the school
Newsletters are created and sent home to parents on a bi-monthly basis. Findlay Middle School also utilizes a phone dialer system to contact parents regarding testing and attendance issues. The school operates and updates a website where parents can access InTouch Online, a program that displays student grades and missing assignments.
Additionally, the schools principal conducts monthly meetings with the Parent Advisory Committee to keep everyone informed of upcoming events and to discuss any parental concerns, while amnesty night gives students and their parents an opportunity to come make up missing work. There are also fine arts performances conducted throughout the year for parents to observe their students talents.
