Canyon Springs High School has parent-teacher meetings available for two-way communication between parents and staff. The Edline system also allows for parents to contact teachers, review their students' grades and check attendance records. Edline also allows for teachers to send messages home to parents and students. Parent advisory committee meetings are held once a month and the information for dates is posted in the newsletters and on Edline. For special announcements and for daily absence reports, a phone dialer is used.
