One of the new restaurants in Aliante Casino + Hotel, Bistro 57 features a Mediterranean-inspired menu with a European flair. Chef George Jacquez has created an assortment of breakfast, lunch and dinner menus for a variety of palates. Breakfast is served from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Fresh lunch and dinner offerings include Moraccan hummus, croque monsieur, pastas and a children's menu. Wines are available by the bottle or by the ounce from state-of-the-art Enomatic wine dispensers. There is also a coffee bar.
The Las Vegas Weekly's Brock Radke says Bistro 57 "provides a coffee shop-style experience while adding some European flourishes."
