From the school
The administration and staff of Greenspun JHS provide for regular communication with parents, family, and the community in numerous ways. Quarterly newsletters are issued. Postcards and flyers are sent home as reminders regarding upcoming events. Traditional conferences are held weekly and progress reports are sent home quarterly. A computerized autodialer is used to record and send important messages directly to each homes phone or answering machine. Parents are notified daily through the autodialer if their student has any recorded absences. InTouch Online is also utilized as an interactive communication tool between the school and students homes. Parents and students are able to see student records and school information online. This program allows parents and students to directly e-mail teachers with concerns or questions regarding student performance.
