Family-owned, award-winning Archi’s Thai Restaurant, with three locations in Las Vegas, prides itself on serving only 100 percent authentic Thai food, which means Archi’s does not combine elements from other cultures (sometimes known as “fusion”) outside of Thailand.
Purists who have been to Thailand and want the 100 percent pure Thai food experience agree and make up a large part of the repeat customer base. Many of the recipes used at Archi’s were passed down from the Bangkok family’s recipes through generations. Each new generation has added its own stamp, but the quality and essential fresh goodness have remained.
Archi’s offers both classic and new dishes that artfully combine flavors from the five basic flavor groups: sweet, sour, salty, bitter and hot. When these tastes combine, the dishes burst with flavor and healthful benefits. Even the condiments are freshly made, like curry paste and chili-garlic mix.
Along with the healthful menu items, Archi’s can accommodate vegetarian, gluten free, diabetic and other special diets. There are many different levels of spiciness available, which are numbered from 1-10. You can tell the server which level you prefer.
Archi’s has served the Las Vegas community for more than 10 years. During that time, the restaurants have earned dozens of awards including Zagat, Michelin, Best of Las Vegas and Talk of the Town.
Lunch specials are 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Take-out is available.
