Indulge in traditional steakhouse inspirations and signature drinks at Hard Rock's 35 Steaks + Martinis. Named partially after Elvis Presley, who was born in 1935, the steakhouse's menu items include the Tomahawk Steak, a 35-day aged, 35-ounce prime steak. Additional Presley influences are the signature dessert, "The King of Desserts," featuring peanut butter and banana flavors. Drinks include the 35 Gimlet and the Spicy Signature Serrano Martini and a wine list that features Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin labels among others.

The lounge is open from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until 12:30 a.m. Friday and Saturday. Guests can mix and mingle during Happy Hour every Monday - Friday from 5:00 - 7:00 pm, featuring a $5 cocktail, martini, & food menu as well as enjoy live music every Tuesday and Friday-Sunday.

Brock Radke, the Las Vegas Weekly's restaurant reviewer, listed the restaurant among the top steakhouses in Las Vegas.
