A Moulin Rouge Affair by Harrison House

As part of a week’s worth of events honoring the Emancipation Proclamation and civil rights achievements, the Harrison House held “A Moulin Rouge Affair” celebrating the desegregation of Las Vegas casinos. The event, named for the first integrated resort in Las Vegas, held a Bridge of Peace Ceremony of Reconciliation and Healing at the Elks Lodge Wednesday, March 26, 2014.
