The rise in e-cigarette use among young adults is a growing concern among health officials, who have long waged a public-health campaign against smoking. The Vapery is a vapor shop, 8060 S. Rainbow Road, that does not sell e-cigarettes to minors, but that’s out of the owner’s volition. E-cigarettes are not regulated by the federal government.
