This week more than 20,000 baking professionals from every segment of the grain-based market converged in Las Vegas for North America’s largest baking trade show of the year. Attendees were exposed to the latest baking products and technologies, an endless amount of tasty doughy samples and show case competitions including a freestyle timed dough toss.
