Elizabeth Congrom Allen, is a Whitney Elementary School teacher who teaches children with special needs and has spina bifida, a spinal cord defect that disables her and limits her mobility and ability to be with her students. She is using the crowd funding website, GoFundMe, to raise money for a standing wheelchair and other items needed for work.
