Competitive Eater Miki Sudo
Thu, Jun 27, 2013 (7:26 p.m.)
Competitive eater Miki Sudo devoured 192 wings in 10 minutes to win the Hooters Wing Eating qualifier at Hard Rock Hotel on Wednesday. The Las Vegas resident ripped and tore through wing after wing in a whirlwind of orange wing sauce and chicken bits. While others slowed down feeling the weight of meet, Sudo chewed and swallowed with machine-like efficiency until her 30-inch bowl was filled with bones. Adrian Morgan finished second eating only 176 wings, while Marcos Owens ate just 144 wings. Sudo, the No. 7 eater in the country according to Major League Eating, qualified to compete in the Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating competition on Fourth of July, but has since dropped out. She will compete in the Hooters Wing Eating Championship in Florida on July 25.
