President Obama after sightseeing Hover Dam should contact Nevada Attorney General Mastos and quiz her on her Motion to Dismiss Appeal of 9/20/2012 filed Re: Water Pollution Control Permit NEV0070005 where timely evidence submitted is suppressed regarding years of Lithium Carbonate/Hydroxide production errors/spills flowing into and contaminating a children's playground where the children's fixtures have been bought and paid for-installed with taxpayers money, where the production error boo boos sit and dry, blowing as fugitive dust particulate towards/within 100's of feet of people, homes, pets, animals and vegetable gardens"
While you Mr. President may not have built this pollution/contamination in the Silver Peak children's playground, your "Electric Drive Vehicle Battery and Component Manufacturing Initiative" through U.S. Dept. of Energy is supposed to be all about helping people and saving the environment, correct?
So get busy and take care of business Mr. President because no one in Nevada wants to be collateral damage by-cause of environmental pollution contamination poisoning while trying to wean America off of oil. Paul Rupp B125 SP NV 89047
