McCarran International Airport’s new Terminal 3 opened on Wednesday, June 27, 2012. Events included the arrival of a Virgin Atlantic jet, the first plane to arrive at Terminal 3 and the inaugural flight of Copa Airlines, the first direct flight between Central America and Las Vegas.
