Ramon Ayala opens Ramon Ayala’s Cocina & Cantina at Buffalo Bill’s Resort in Primm Thursday, Feb. 16, 2012. Known as the “King of the Accordion,” Ayala is a Mexican-American musician that has recorded more than 105 albums and received four Grammy and Latin Grammy Awards.
