Boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. receives a one-fight conditional license from Nevada State Athletic Commission at the Sawyer State Building Wednesday, February 2, 2012. Mayweather will fight WBA super welterweight champion Miguel Cotto of Puerto Rico at the MGM Grand on May 5th.
