A look at the National Finals Rodeo livestock pens at the intramural fields on UNLV campus Wednesday, November 23, 2011. Setting up the complex takes about 10 days, which includes setting up the pens, stocking feed, filling water tanks and putting up signs, said livestock superintendent John Barnes. In addition to Barnes and an assistant, the livestock area also employs a feeding crew, a crew that gives the animals daily exercise, and a security team, Barnes said. The rodeo begins Thursday, Dec. 1 at the Thomas and Mack Center.
