Las Vegas Farmers Market

Tue, Aug 2, 2011 (8:46 p.m.)

This summer, with the opening of a new farmers market in downtown Las Vegas, it seems as though farmers markets are flourishing in town. The Las Vegas Farmers Market, founded by the husband and wife team Ginger and Steve Johnson, was the first farmers market to be held in Las Vegas in 1999. Now the original Las Vegas Farmers Market has grown to three locations. You can find the market every Tuesday from 4pm - 8pm at Gardens Park in Summerlin, every Wednesday from 4pm - 8pm at Bruce Trent Park at Rampart & Vegas Drive, and the first and third Saturday of every month from 10 am - 2pm at Floyd Lamb Park at Tule Springs.
