Emcee Kelly Flynn sends contestant Patricia Roser back three spaces after drawing a "Chance" card while competing in a life-sized game of Monopoly "Advance to GO" Monday on the front sidewalk of Bally's Casino on Las Vegas Boulevard. Roser, a contestant from New Orleans, won the second-place prize of $20,000.
