While no one knows the impact Barack Obama will have on the nation’s economy as president, his inauguration is certainly giving Washington an economic stimulus. Both businesses and individual hawkers are eager to capitalize on Tuesday’s swearing-in celebrations and are already busy selling Obama-branded merchandise across the city.
