Lou Ruvo Brain Institute Exterior

Tue, Feb 17, 2009 (2 a.m.)

Frank Gehry’s dramatic design was instrumental in promoting the dream of Larry Ruvo, a Las Vegas businessman and philanthropist. Gehry designed the dramatic building to serve as an icon for brain research, the same way his acclaimed design of the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles is synonymous with world-class music.

  1. I hope you didn't waste alot of money paying Mr. Gehry for such a silly design instead of using it for research, patient care, patient financial help.... - it looks like it's already fallen down in an earthquake or something. I'm just saying...

  2. Is it possible that those who should know, do not know...people with brain conditions experience a lot of confusion. Come on Vegas get a grip! People without any problem would feel confused just looking at this MESS!
