Gina Carano, often dubbed the face of women’s mixed martial arts, will fight Brazilian superstar Cristiane “Cyborg” Santos in the main event of Strikeforce’s Aug. 15 show in San Jose, Calif. It will be the first time that women have headlined a major MMA promotion.
