Boulder City

Signs in Boulder City at the intersection of U.S. 93 and Buchanan Boulevard welcome guests to the town. The city prohibited gambling at its inception and is one of two cities in Nevada where gambling is illegal. In 1969, Boulder City legalized the sale of alcohol.
