Overwhelmed after an argument with her husband, Kathy Urbanski cries at their temporary home at the Residence Inn, where they are learning to deal with a new life after Tom was shot and paralyzed earlier this year. "I'm seeing my husband in a wheelchair. I'm still thinking about the suffering that he's been through and it hurts the spouse and I don't know how to explain that," she says. "I don't feel like I'm getting the support I need to support him."
